We make heirloom quality custom furniture in our shop to the highest standards. Starting with the initial selection of the finest hardwoods, meticulously cutting and fitting each joint, shaping and carving of each surface, complete with a hand rubbed finish; our goal is to supply our clients with a piece of furniture that will be passed down through generations.

Local Delivery: If you are located in the Phoenix, Arizona area I will deliver your order free of charge.
Local Pickup: You are more then welcome to visit my shop and pick up your order directly.
Crated and shipped: To best protect your order, all of our furniture is crated for shipping. In an effort to reduce shipping costs, we work directly with a shipping company that uses various carriers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc.). Our shipments are fully insured. Call us for a custom quote.
Receiving your shipment: When your shipment arrives, it is extremely important to inspect the crate ‘prior to opening’ and note any signs of visible damage on the delivery receipt. It is also important to take good photos of any damage (if present). Once the outside has been fully inspected, open the crate and inspect the piece. If damage is present, please preserve all packaging materials for us to make a successful insurance claim.

What does this lifetime warranty cover?
This Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. Seganti Woodworking will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Lifetime Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide a full refund minus any shipping and handling costs. If you are in the Phoenix, Arizona area, we will pick up your purchase free of charge.
